Before you order, please read the information below.
SHIPPING TIME
It takes 2-3 days to get your order processed, unless the item you have chosen is on back order. Once the order has shipped it should take 5-7 business days with Standard Ground shipping. Faster shipping options are available, however, if an order must arrive in under one week, please contact Cinema Secrets by telephone or email to confirm availability.
PARTIAL ORDERS
Partial orders will be shipped with a discontinued / out of stock notice included in the packaging, there will also be a credit issued for the item. If you only order one item from our store, we will then cancel the entire order and credit your card. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally, but shipping time takes longer - allow 2 weeks to receive your order. We will contact you with shipping cost before your order is sent.
MEN'S COSTUME SIZING
Our men’s costumes are determined by chest size, starting from 38”- 42” (Medium), 42”- 44” (Large), 44”- 50” (XL). Many or our costumes have elastic waists to accommodate the full size range.
LADIES' COSTUME SIZING
Our women’s costumes are determined by dress size, starting from size 4-6 (XS), 8- 10 (Small), 12- 14, (Medium), 16- 18 (Large), to size 20-22 (XL). Many of our costumes have elastic waists to accommodate the full size range.
KIDS' COSTUME SIZING
Our kids' costumes are determined by the child’s age, starting from 4-6 years (Small), 6-8 years (Medium). Many of our costumes have elastic waists to accommodate the full size range.
INFANT AND TODDLER COSTUME SIZING
Our infant costumes are determined by either a standard size (newborn-9 months) or by bunting (0-6 Months), Toddlers (2-4 Years). We try to specify size on each item, but if we are unable, please refer to this chart for guidelines. Our toddler costumes are sizes 2-4 unless otherwise specified.
RETURNS
If you have a problem with the product you receive, please email Cinema Secrets. We cannot accept returns on open merchandise. Any un-opened merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not liable for shipping.
